These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any funding arrangement; that is dealt with entirely in the agreement you would sign, and nothing here varies it.

Who runs this site

This site is not an offer of finance

Everything here is general information about what we do. It is an invitation to get in touch, and nothing more. It is not an offer, a commitment to fund, a quote, or a promise of any particular price, advance rate or timescale.

Any actual funding depends on underwriting, on confirmation from your debtor, and on signed documentation. Until those exist, nothing is agreed.

The growth calculator

The calculator on this site is illustrative only. It projects arithmetic from the figures you type in, using assumptions we have chosen for the purpose of showing the shape of the thing. It is not a quote, not a forecast, and not a representation about what your business would achieve.

Do not rely on its output for any decision. Real terms come from underwriting and appear in your documentation.

We do not give you advice

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and none of it is personalised to your circumstances. In particular, whether a receivable is derecognised from your balance sheet depends on the terms actually agreed and on your auditor's assessment under the relevant accounting standard. That is a matter for your advisers, not for us.

Take your own advice before acting on anything here.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it is complete. Figures describing our track record are stated as at the date shown and are not updated continuously. We may change any part of this site at any time without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything in it, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profit and lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text and graphics on this site belong to Lenderwize Limited or are used with permission. You may read the site and print or save pages for your own business use. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract any of it without our written consent.

Where we link to a third party, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape it systematically, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you deal with us from outside the United Kingdom, any mandatory consumer or commercial protections available to you locally are unaffected.

Where transaction-specific disclosures are required by commercial financing disclosure laws in your jurisdiction, those are provided by the funding party before any agreement is signed.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top.
